On Saturday Audrey & Anthony came over to work on a project with us. We had several old picture frames that have been sitting idle for a long time, so we decided to do something useful with them.
Many of you have sent cards that we are very grateful for. Reading them really cheers me up. We thought that if we put a back on the picture frames that was covered with cloth, we could hang these blank picture frames and then pin all the cards we have gotten on them.
Anthony helped us paint the frames and make them look really nice, and Jacqui and Audrey took some old curtains and staple-gunned them to pieces of pink blue-board which we had cut to fit the frames. It was a fun project.
After setting the curtain covered pink blue-boards in the frames, we used wire ties and staples to secure them to the frames, and voila, we had a completed project!
Now all we have to figure out is where to hang the frames so we can put your cards up on them. We were thinking about hanging some around the kitchen table and maybe some above the couch, but we need your help! Where do you think we should hang our picture frames?
