Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011 – I spoke with the case manager at the insurance company this morning after getting home from not going to the hospital. She explained that there was some missing information that she had just received, so now the insurance company could move ahead with approval for my procedure. What a headache. …

The hospital visit went well this morning, until the nurse told us that the insurance company has not yet approved my procedure for tomorrow.
