Arrival in Nashville

Oct. 18, 2011, Tuesday evening – we have made it safely to Nashville! We braved torrential rains between Crossville and Cookeville, and now we are in Nashvegas, with 9:30 PM as our arrival time. It has gotten cold! 51 degrees outside, and the shorts, tshirt, and flip flops I left Knoxville in to wear while unpacking the car. It took us an hour to unload the car and get unpacked, and now we are settling in for the night. The plan is to get some good rest before our 8 AM appointment at Vanderbilt tomorrow. Morning will come too soon — time for some shut-eye!
